• A 50% deposit is payable at the time of booking.
• The balance is payable on the day of the event.
• Cancellation must be notified in writing no later than thirty days prior to the activity.
• Late cancellation may result in loss of deposit.
• It is the customers responsibility to ensure there is adequate access to the venue and to provide an appropriate site to carry out this activity. Failure to provide this may result in the activity being cancelled with the full agreed price being charged.
• We are unable to operate during extreme weather, i.e. lightening storms, or very high wind speeds, which may result in some 'down time'. The customer remains liable for the agreed fee.
• By filling out and returning the booking form the customer is agreeing with the above conditions.
